I don't really know what inspired me to draw this.  It turned out really nice, so I scanned it then colored it in Paint Shop Pro 6.  It looked so cool, that I used it for a layout on my site.  Everyone really liked it and everyone has their own interpretation of the ball of light and the ribbons around the girl.  What they really represent are:

-the ball of light represents a hope that the girl has found
-the girl is crying partly because of the current condition she's in, but also because of how happy she is to have found the hope
-the ribbons around her are representing something holding her back in her life, whatever that may be.  I didn't really write the girl's whole history, people. =P
