Description: Tempest was born in the sleepy village of Emfei Fien, always looking for a chance at some adventure. As a child, he has always felt restless and gave his mother, Lore, a difficult time raising him when he was younger. Though he appears usually positive and helpful towards his mother, he carries many questions in his head about the disappearance of his father which led him to become rather upset. When Rhio shows up on the docks of Emfei Fien, he uses her as a chance to get out of the village, to find his father where ever he may be, not only for his own peice of mind, but to cure the look of longing and sadness he sees on his mother's face.
